Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in and go to Account Settings, then the Settings tab. You can cancel there at any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period.
I forgot my password / can't log in.
DilutionWatch uses Google sign-in, so there is no separate password. Sign in with the same Google account you used when creating your account at manage.html.
How do I get an API key?
API keys are available on the API Developer or API Pro plans only. After subscribing, your key is emailed automatically and accessible in your account dashboard.
Does the Premium plan include API access?
No. API access is a separate product. The Premium plan includes watchlist monitoring, alerts, and Excel exports. See api.html for API plans.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@dilutionwatch.com with your account email and we will review your request. We handle refunds case-by-case, typically within 1 business day.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Log in and go to the Settings tab in your account dashboard. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing period from there.
I'm not receiving alert emails.
Check your spam folder for emails from alerts@dilutionscore.com. Add that address to your contacts. If alerts are still missing, check your alert settings in the Alerts tab and confirm your email is verified.
